Every run happens under your own authenticated Amazon session. We never operate a house account, never pool accounts, and never act outside your own view of Amazon. What CrawlGecko collects is what Amazon already shows you when you're signed in — nothing more.
You log in to Amazon yourself, in a browser you watch. We never see or store your password — the browser that saw it is destroyed after capture. We keep only a sealed session artifact, encrypted with a key that is yours alone, opened only by the worker that runs your pulls, only at run time. Disconnect whenever you like; revoking deletes the artifact.
Money moves only when you accept a run — after you've previewed it. Discarded runs cost $0.00, always. Runs that return nothing bill nothing. Export unlocks on accept. Your balance is derived from an append-only record of these events; it is never edited by hand.
Discards cost $0.00 — three consecutive discards triggers a 6-hour cool-off. The run and its error route to us to fix or refund, then you resume. This keeps the free-discard promise honest for everyone without ever billing a rejected run.
Every value you export physically exists at a verified location on the page your session saw. A field is a value, honestly empty (∅), or "not confirmed" — we render those three states verbatim and never manufacture a fourth. Empty cells are facts, not defects.
Runs move at a one-person pace under your own session — we supply machinery, not disguise. You choose how your session reaches Amazon: our stable exit bound to your account, or a proxy you already own. Your session, store, and exit are isolated to you; nothing is shared across customers.
Credits are funded by card or, once compliance review completes, on-chain. Card is near-instant; crypto credits are added once your payment confirms on-chain. Nothing is granted until a payment is verified — and nothing about how you paid ever touches how your runs behave.
"Ask your reviews" runs on a key you bring. It is stored in your browser, never on our servers, and it is a custody layer entirely separate from your Amazon session — the two never touch.
